About the team
The Customer Engineering department works closely with all of Sony Semiconductor Israel’s customers from their project initiation through completion, to drive their success. The department comprises of two teams – Customer Program Management (CPM) and Application Engineering (AE). Department members obtain deep and comprehensive understanding of customer needs and expectations and tend to them, while advocating those internally in SSI. At the same time, they possess extensive knowledge of SSI’s product offering. The team constantly acquires new competencies, processes, and methodologies to successfully meet new challenges.
