Let’s start designing the future,
together.
At Sony Semiconductor Israel, we develop advanced wireless and IoT solutions that connect millions of devices worldwide. What makes us different is how we work together:
Our engineers own significant parts of each project, becoming true experts in their fields. You'll work directly with your team from initial concept through final delivery, seeing the real impact of your work.
We maintain a flat organization where ideas flow freely between engineers and management. Our experienced team members actively mentor newer colleagues, creating an environment where everyone can learn and grow.
We're proud that our employees choose to build long-term careers with us. Many of our team members have been with the company for years, contributing to a stable, knowledgeable workplace where collaboration comes naturally.
What you will be doing
As an RFIC Analysis Engineer, you'll work hands-on with advanced RFIC technologies in our lab environment. You will collaborate closely with RFIC designers to analyze, characterize, and optimize circuits, ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Your work directly supports the development of cutting-edge RFIC solutions at Sony.
On a typical day
On a typical day, you might start by running measurements on a new RFIC, analyze the data, work with designers to interpret results, update automated test scripts, and participate in team discussions to optimize circuit performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform RFIC block-level analysis and characterization
- Develop automation tools for RF testing and measurements
- Analyze measurement data and prepare reports
- Collaborate closely with RFIC designers to optimize designs
