In this role, you will be part of the Algorithms Group, a multi-disciplinary group with vast knowledge in signal processing, machine learning and parameter estimation. The group creates cellular modem solutions for 5G IoT chipsets, from theory to practical applications of algorithms. Our solutions leverage dedicated hardware to deliver an exceptionally low-power modem with state-of-the-art performance.
Responsibilities
· Algorithmic in-depth analysis of modem performance and identification of gaps, across all modem layers.
· Leveraging knowledge of algorithmic solution to improve modem performance.
· Defining system-level solutions for real life scenarios in a complex cellular environment.
· Building infrastructure and tools for modem performance validation.
· Candidates should be able to integrate wide system view, closely working with teams of algorithms development, software, and hardware.
Requirements
· Excellent Students (BSc or MSc) of Electrical / Computer Engineering.
· Experience in Signal Processing.
· Experience in Matlab or Python.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Take part in all aspects of digital design – from architecture and specification, RTL design and verification
Close collaboration with the Physical Design team, and supporting SW and Production teams
Contribute to the development of a very complex state-of-the-art technological project

Requirements
BSc with excellence in Electrical/Computer Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in ASIC design
Experience in SoC design - advantage
Background in processor architecture, wireless communication protocols, very low power design - advantage
Experience in system performance and power analysis - advantage

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, architecture, and product teams to define the right features and solutions to our product portfolio.
- Design and implement features optimized for Sony's flagship IoT products, specializing in low-memory and low-power consumption.
- Drive end-to-end development of features, ensuring performance, power consumption, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, System Validation, Architecture, and Product, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, SW engineering or computer science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in C programming for embedded systems.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Generalist to join our marketing team and assist us with various tasks.
The Marketing Operations generalist will play an active role in driving Sony IL’s marketing operations efforts, focused on supporting the team's project management planning and execution as well as reporting and analysis of results. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems, likes to work with people, enjoys stats and has a positive can-do attitude.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn about marketing and project management from the ground up and to work with many departments: Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance as well as outsourced vendors in various fields such as content, design and more.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate product manager.
In this Role as a product manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's product strategy and roadmap of our cellular IoT 5G products and services.
The role requires to have a strong understanding of the cellular IoT semiconductor market and be able to identify opportunities for growth and innovation - it includes ongoing discussion, research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
The product manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CTO, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer program management, to define, develop, and launch new products and features.
He will also be responsible for managing the product life cycle, from concept to end-of-life, and for analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions.
The product manager will also be responsible for setting and managing the product's budget and for achieving revenue and profitability goals.
He should have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively prioritize and manage different projects simultaneously.
Requirements
In terms of qualifications, a successful candidate for this position should have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, electrical engineering. MBA is an advantage.
Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the semiconductor and/or cellular IoT industry.
Should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
