What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Researcher. The research team is focused on conducting scientific innovative research for publication on a variety of fundamental AI challenges in vision, as well as serving as an AI knowledge center for the organization. The areas of research include, but are not limited to, inverse problems, watermarking, raw images, domain adaptation, transfer learning and multi-task learning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning, with a passion for research and a desire to be a knowledge center for the organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct cutting-edge research in computer vision and machine learning, with a focus on producing high-quality academic publications. What you will be doing
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Linux expert to manage our Linux and infrastructure environment. This role includes both technical responsibilities and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on supporting R&D teams working in CAD (HW/SW), RF, and software engineering environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux system administration, DevOps practices, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure supporting EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, ARM, and others.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to R&D departments (HW/SW CAD, RF) and engineering teams using EDA tools.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux systems (RedHat, Rocky, CentOS, Ubuntu) across physical and virtual environments (VMware, Proxmox).
- Support hybrid cloud environments including AWS.

What you will be doing
Join our Silicon Design team as an RFIC Designer and play a central role in developing advanced RF circuits and subsystems using cutting-edge CMOS technologies.
You’ll take full ownership - from interpreting system requirements and selecting topologies, through transistor-level design, layout guidance, validation, and production ramp-up..
Working closely with system, layout, backend, and validation teams, you’ll take on a hands-on, multidisciplinary role developing innovative RF solutions that directly contribute to next-generation wireless communication technologies.

What you will be doing
The System Architect will be engaged in defining and architecting the world’s best IoT semiconductors. You will work with a highly complex, super low-power, multi-radio system on chips, incorporating cutting edge technologies and systems. The System Architect collaborates with Product, Marketing, Silicon, Hardware, Firmware and Software Engineering teams across Sony. Whenever needed, our System Architects collaborate with Product Managers and Architects handling our Tier-1 customers – providing explanations, discussing considerations, and finding solutions to our customers’ needs. As such, the System Architect functions as the top-tier technical arm of our marketing department.
Security is a key feature in the IoT market, and as a system architect, your role will be to assure the end product is secure for the different attack vectors. This will be done by understanding the security needs, familiarity with the attacker state of mind, the different assets in the device and aligning to the best security practices in the industry.
You will compile macro architectures, software/hardware partitioning, interfaces, and other system-level considerations. You will write documents and requirements and also visit the lab and engineers desks, diving into details while maintaining the big picture. What you will be doing
As a Product and Test Engineer (Student Position) at Sony Semiconductor Israel, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing semiconductor production test programs for digital and RF ICs, analysing results, and using advanced statistical methodologies to ensure device quality and performance.
