We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our core platform team. Be a significant part of a great team engaged in developing next-generation Cellular IoT solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building the backbone of our company’s IoT-driven products, working on features from concept to delivery. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement core platform features for the company’s flagship IoT products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, QA, Architecture, and Product, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive end-to-end development of features, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop firmware for low-power, multi-radio System-on-Chips (SoCs) optimized for IoT use cases.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of embedded systems, including real-time operating system components and firmware for cellular communication stacks.
- Tackle complex technical challenges with creative, out-of-the-box solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in C programming for embedded systems.
- Proven expertise in developing software for multi-threaded operating systems (e.g., ThreadX, FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in embedded environments.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, including memory management and peripheral integration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Advantage:
- Experience with writing hardware drivers (such as flash, DDR, UART..)
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with communication protocols such as USB, I2C, and UART

The Marketing Operations generalist will play an active role in driving Sony IL’s marketing operations efforts, focused on supporting the team's project management planning and execution as well as reporting and analysis of results. PHY VERIFICATION ENGINEER
Play a significant role on the PHY silicon team, developing Sony Semiconductor IL’s next generation 5G IOT chips.
Responsibilities
- Take part in all aspects of digital design verification including specifications, test plan, execution, debug, and tools and coverage in block-level to chip-level environments.
- Contribute to the verification of an extremely complex, state-of-the-art 5G IOT standard.
- Work with sophisticated verification methodologies and implement cutting-edge methods.
- Run and debug the verified designs, including acquiring the knowhow in various technology fields (communications, DSP, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the design and DSP teams and provide support to SW and production teams.
Requirements
- BSc in electrical/computer engineering
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the verification flow of complex designs from test plan definition to coverage closure
- Experience in Specman and/or System Verilog – must
- Experience in PHY verification–an advantage

We are looking for an experienced and passionate product manager.
In this Role as a product manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's product strategy and roadmap of our cellular IoT 5G products and services.
The role requires to have a strong understanding of the cellular IoT semiconductor market and be able to identify opportunities for growth and innovation - it includes ongoing discussion, research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
The product manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CTO, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer program management, to define, develop, and launch new products and features.
He will also be responsible for managing the product life cycle, from concept to end-of-life, and for analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions.
The product manager will also be responsible for setting and managing the product's budget and for achieving revenue and profitability goals.
He should have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively prioritize and manage different projects simultaneously.
Requirements
In terms of qualifications, a successful candidate for this position should have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, electrical engineering. MBA is an advantage.
Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the semiconductor and/or cellular IoT industry.
Should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
